  1. FILL OUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
    Find this form at the bottom of your Rodan + Fields invoice. Or, download and print
    a new Return Authorization Form.

  2. SHIP YOUR COMPLETED FORM AND PRODUCT(S)
    Send your completed form together with the product(s) you wish to return to the address below:

    To ensure delivery, please send your return via insured Federal Express or Parcel Post. Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
